1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

During peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within India only.
Express Shipping is FREE on all orders.
Domestic Shipping

Express Shipping (Free): 1–3 business days
Delivery estimates do not include processing time.
3. No International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders can only be shipped to addresses within India
4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain carriers.

Some regions may be excluded due to carrier limitations or logistical constraints.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will investigate with the carrier and, when applicable, send a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
