Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any delays.  

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We offer free express shipping options at checkout.  
- Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.  

3. Shipping Fees
- Free shipping is generally* available on orders within India. (exceptions apply)

**4. International Shipping
- We currently do not ship internationally to countries. 

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.  
- You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.  

6. Address & Delivery Issues 
- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.  
- If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your local carrier or contact our support team for assistance.  

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments 
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.  

8. Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns. If a defective product is received, we will send an additional replacement free of cost.
